TVIG and American Helios Constructors are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

Erection Superintendent

The Erection Superintendent oversees turbine erection activities, ensuring safe and efficient installation of wind turbine components. This role coordinates crews, cranes, and subcontractors, and ensures adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Field Engineer

The Field Engineer supports construction operations by coordinating technical aspects of the project, managing documentation, assisting with quality control, and ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and project requirements.

QAQC Manager

The QAQC Manager is responsible for ensuring all wind farm construction activities meet project specifications, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Oversees inspection and testing of civil, electrical, and mechanical installations, including foundations, turbine erection, and balance-of-plant systems. Develops and implements quality control plans, conducts audits, manages documentation, and coordinates with contractors, engineers, and owners to resolve non-conformances. Ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and industry standards while supporting timely project delivery.

On-Site Safety

Responsible for implementing and enforcing all health and safety programs on-site to ensure compliance with OSHA, company policies, and project requirements. Conducts daily safety meetings, site inspections, and hazard assessments; monitors high-risk activities such as turbine erection, crane operations, and electrical work. Leads incident prevention efforts, investigates accidents, and ensures corrective actions are implemented. Promotes a strong safety culture among all contractors and personnel while supporting safe and efficient project execution.

Master Electrician

The Master Electrician will support field operations across project sites, with a focus on electrical installation and system integration. Experience with solar PV systems is strongly preferred.

Site Admin

Provides administrative and operational support for on-site construction activities. Manages documentation, including contracts, reports, timesheets, and compliance records; coordinates communication between field teams, contractors, and project management. Supports onboarding, logistics, and scheduling, and ensures accurate record-keeping for project tracking and reporting. Assists with procurement, invoicing, and general office functions to help maintain efficient site operations.
